How it works:

• Wrong item received.
• Damaged/defective product.
• 3 days from delivery.
• The item must be unused.
  

How to return:

• Contact us within 3 days at 03096144624.
• Share a photo/video of the issue + order number.
• Our rider will pick up the product and hand over a new one on the spot
• If exchange isn't possible, a refund will be received within 7 days
